The traditional academic mechanism established in the past many years had been running well in the past, but in my opinion we are facing a challenge with the knowledge of the future. While all the knowledge are very valuable, but we are facing challenges that these valuable knowledge of the past are not sufficient to keep us survive in business. That's knowledge of the future where just too many new knowledge are evolving because of the life-changing technologies, and it will just continue faster and faster with the support of advancement in artificial intelligence. Now it comes to a question how, we as knowledge workers, can acquire these knowledge of the future to keep us going.
